How can it help? For a whole uninterrupted hour we focus on the issues that are important to you. Together we question assumptions , identify barriers, explore alternatives plan and assess actions to move your thinking and performance to a whole new level.

Is it for my personal life or work? It’s for any aspect of your life you want clarity and focus around. Your sessions are completely confidential, there is no judgement involved, just support, encouragement and well placed questions to help you decide how to move forward.

Is it Life Counselling? No, coaching is all about what the future holds for you whereas counselling has a recovery component. If counselling is more appropriate to your needs, your coach will discuss this with you in the introductory session.

Who typically works with a coach? There is no typical coaching client. The clients are as varied as the goals they are working towards.

All however want “things” to be better than they are currently. It may be greater performance at work or on the sports field, a greater work life balance, improved relationships, improved health and fitness or managing change.

Many people even know what they may need to do to achieve these improvements but there is something standing between them and their ideal. That’s where your coach can help.

Many of the barriers that thwart our efforts in once aspect of our lives also hinder us in others. Becoming mindful of these barriers is often all we need to overcome them.

How much does it cost? It depends on the type of coaching you are seeking

Fees will be clarified and agreed on in the trial session.

What do people usually work on with a coach? Once again there is no typical or common goal, even similar ones are different because every individual is just that… an individual.

Where? My office, level 3, 2-12 Allen Street Wellington or over the phone.

How long does it take? Sessions last for 1-1½ hours and take place at regular intervals, generally weekly or fortnightly. The regularity depends on you and what you are aiming for.

Performance and Crisis Coaching happens as you need it. It may be everyday for a week, twice a week for a month, whatever is appropriate.

Why choose YOU?

What happens at the end? I take your lead there. Some people like to have regular on going coaching but perhaps at greater intervals. Others want to check in now and again to help attain focus. It’s entirely up to you.
